You are looking at 3 original identified photographs of the ELMER EUGENE WITT family of FORT SCOTT, BOURBON CO., KANSAS. I have included the (unidentified) photograph with the other 2 (identified) photographs because I am positive that this is ARTHUR IVAN WITT in both photos.
All three photographs are in very nice shape, the small UNIDENTIFIED photo has some glue residue on the back and some dirty spots on the front but it's still in very nice shape and it measures about 4x6, the family photo is in nice shape but it does have some dirty spots and of course corner wear but I still think it's a very nice photo of them and it measures about 5x7 and the third photo is a RPPC of Nannie Witt aka Nancy Barnhart Witt, she is the same woman in the family photo, wife of Elmer & mother to Arthur & Katie.
I have done some research on the family and this is what I've come up with: ELMER EUGENE WITT was born 1862, KANSAS and his wife NANCY BARNHART WITT was born 1866 OHIO. Their children were KATHERINE WITT (see photo) born 1890 KANSAS and ARTHUR IVAN WITT (see photo) born 1888 KANSAS.
Pictured in the family photo is ELMER EUGENE WITT, NANCY BARNHART WITT (wife), KATHERINE WITT MCDOWELL (daughter), and ARTHUR IVAN WITT (son).
I believe that the second photo is definitely ARTHUR IVAN WITT and my best guess at the woman is that it's his wife NANCY MAUDE BARNETT and this could be their wedding photo (they are wearing wedding rings). There are 2 photos listed separately of their son Arthur Edgar Witt, born 1914.
Photograph three is identified on the back as such: "Aunt Nannie Witt", this is actually Nancy Barnhart Witt who is also pictured in the family photograph.
These 3 photographs are connected to the other photos that I have listed separately: PFINGST, BARNHART, COEY, WITT/McDOWELL, WITT (Arthur Ivan's son).
