My only return exception is if I somehow grossly misrepresent the item, however, I want to make clear that my supplied genealogy is not a reason for a return because I offer this information to help you but it's your responsibility to verify any and all information.
All return shipping is paid by "buyer" and the item is to be returned using the same shipping method you received it by, which will included DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
NOTE: I will also hold a photograph for 24 hours so that you can take some time to figure out if the photo is actually related to you. I feel like I have to add that obviously I cannot put a hold on the photo until I read your e-mail and I generally check my e-mails regularly throughout the day but if by some chance you ask me to hold the photo and somone comes along right behind you and buys it (BEFORE I READ YOUR E-MAIL), there is nothing I can do about that. OF COURSE, IF IT'S ON HOLD FOR YOU AND SOMEONE INQUIRES ABOUT IT I WOULD NEVER SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE UNTIL THE 24 HOUR PERIOD IS UP. JUST SO WE CAN BE CLEAR, THAT 24 HOUR TIME FRAME BEGINS WHEN I READ THE E-MAIL.
THE 24 HOUR HOLD PERIOD IS JUST SOMETHING I THOUGHT I WOULD DO TO BE NICE BUT I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL WORK AS INTENDED ALL THE TIME.
