You are looking at two identified Birthday postcards, one was sent to Mrs. Frank H. Burdick (CLARA JOHNSON), from (I believe) her second cousin-in-law SARAH A. PARSLOW WANSEY of NORTH PITCHER, Chenango Co., NY. and the second BIRTHDAY postcard was sent to CLARA'S only child HAZEL BURDICK who was born in 1893.
The postcards are in very nice shape with minimal wear and tear (see scans).
The back of CLARA'S postcard reads as such:
"Many Happy Returns of the day, from Mr. & Mrs. L. M. Wansay, North Pitcher, NY."
To "Mrs. F. H. Burdick, Lincklaen, NY."
I believe that Mrs. F. (Frank) H. Burdick was CLARA JOHNSON born March 22, 1864, Willet, Cortland Co., NY., she married FRANK H. BURDICK on March 22, 1888, LINCKLAEN, CHENANGO CO., NY. and they had one child HAZEL BURDICK born June 23, 1893, OTSELIC, CHENANGO CO., NY.
The senders of this card were MR. & MRS. LEWIS M. WANSEY of NORTH PITCHER, CHENANGO CO., NY. I believe that MRS. WANSEY was SARAH A. PARSLOW born Mrch 21, 1864, NY. to PETER PARSLOW, born 1830, CORTLAND, NY. & SAMANTHA BURDICK, born 1830, LINCKLAEN, CHENANGO CO., NY.
I traced the relationship between SAMANTHA BURDICK (SARAH'S MOTHER) & FRANK H. BURDICK (receiver of the card) & it appears (from the records I found online) that FRANK H. BURDICK & SARAH A. PARSLOW were second cousins. FRANK'S father (CLARK BURDICK) & SAMANTHA'S father (SPAULDING BURDICK) were brothers. FRANK & SAMANTHA would be cousins & this card was sent to CLARA JOHNSON BURDICK (FRANK'S wife), by SAMANTHA'S married daughter SARAH A. PARSLOW WANSEY so I think that makes them second cousins-in-law.
The second postcard sent to HAZEL BURDICK reads as such:
"Happy birth day to Hazel - Better late than never. From Mr. & Mrs. R.E. Champion"
Note on postcard #2:
Mr. & Mrs. R.E. Champion were RILEY E. CHAMPION, born abt. 1863, NY. and Hattie Ellsworth, born about 1861, NY..
I am not sure if the CHAMPIONS are related to the BURDICKS but I do know that they were living right next door to them in 1910 LINCKLAEN, NY. CENSUS records.
I did a little research on the families and this is what I've come up with:
FRANK BURDICK & CLARA JOHNSON married February 24, 1864, LINCKLAEN, CHENANGO CO., NY.
*They had 1 child, HAZEL F. BURDICK born June 23, 1893, Otselic, Chenango Co., NY.
*FRANK H. BURDICK died October 22, 1932, CORTLAND, NY.
*CLARA JOHNSON BURDICK died December 17, 1927, LINCKLAEN, CHENANGO, NY.
*HAZEL BURDICK married CLIFFORD HYER on June 28, 1917 CORTLAND CO., NY. and they had at least one son, JOHN B. HYER, born about 1922.
HAZEL HYER is living with her father in the 1920 census, listed as married but CLIFFORD is not living there. HAZEL is again listed as living with her father in the 1930 census but this time with a son JOHN B. HYER who was born abt. 1922. HAZEL is still listed as married but CLIFFORD is still not living wih them.
S.S. records indicate that JOHN B. HYER was born Dec. 3, 1921, and he died Jan. 1987, CINCINNATUS, CORTLAND, NY.
According to WW1 Draft Rec., I believe that HAZEL'S husband was CLIFFORD LATHEL HYER, born 9/10/1890, BARNET, MONTANA, he registered in CORTLAND, NY. June 5, 1917, he is still single.
S.S. Index indicates that CLIFFORD died 1/1979, EATON, MADISON, NY.
According to some family research records that I found online, JOHN HYER married ABIGAIL McKISSICK and they had one child.

MORE ON SARAH A. PARSLOW:
SARAH A. PARSLOW, born 3/21/1864, parents were SAMAMTHA BURDICK, born (1830-1901) & PETER PARSLOW, born (1830-1915). SARAH had the following siblings: FRANKLIN PARSLOW (1852-1906), BESSIE PARSLOW (1856-?) & CYNTHIA PARSLOW (1859-?).
NOTE: Genealogy information was obtained by records on Ancestry and information taken from family trees. My guess on how the sender and receiver of this card were related was based on my connection of the BURDICK families that I found online.
I have no additional information on any of these families.
